Abstract

The relations between Iran and the West have been accompanied by extensive ups and downs since the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, but finally, in recent years, these nuclear negotiations between Iran and the West have become one of the most important axes of tension between the two countries. It is for this reason that apart from all the components that can be mentioned in the framework of relations between the two sides, it is the current nuclear negotiations in Vienna that will also outline the future course of relations between Iran and the West.

The tensions and cold relations between Iran and the United States have never ended in a full-scale military conflict between these two countries, however, the two sides have experienced tensions with each other on a more limited scale. Iran and America have always been exposed to an all-out conflict in the form of their limited tensions.

Now, in this research, we decided to explain the international handling of the violation of the Barjam by adapting it to Islamic and legal principles, and by analyzing the nature of the Barjam, we will discuss how to protest these violations in the international arena.
