Obstract:
In the current system in the scene of international
relations, we are witnessing an increase in the unilateral actions of the United States of America, to ignore the rights of other governments, including the Islamic Republic of Iran. This country always uses economic sanctions as a tool to stop developing countries. Although the United States always justifies its interventionist measures to respect and guarantee human rights, this country has become one of the violators of human rights. Iran has seized the assets of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran in line with the execution of this ruling. The issue of the investigation is to find out that the action of the United States under the pretext of supporting terrorist activities, participating in the production and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and money laundering in the region. And... what is its position in the international customary and treaty system, and what rights does Iran have in return. Although there has been research in this field in the past, but the innovation of the article is that it firstly clarifies that the action of the United States lacked legal authority, and is responsible for is the United States government's international law, in addition, it is clear that the failure of the International Court of Justice to investigate Iran's complaint against the United States and the failure to determine damages is a clear deviation by this supreme judicial pillar of the United Nations from its essential duties and the permission of the Islamic Republic to take countermeasures. Iran will provide according to the principles of international law and the provisions of the United Nations Charter.
