Religious cinema is one of the most influential forms of art that can put religious concepts in the belief of the audience. The global success of a product like "Mohammad Rasulullah" and its permanence in the memories was a successful experience that has made filmmakers eager to repeat this experience. The representation of the faces of the innocents in cinema is one of the challenges that religious cinema has faced. Matters such as the danger of insulting the infallible position, misleading the believers, etc. There have been obstacles that have been thought about so far. This research, however, intends to pursue this issue from the approach of jurisprudential subjectivity by focusing on the outward manifestations of the esoteric attributes of the infallibles and analyzing the nature of representation. For this purpose, by collecting a library of information and analyzing their ijtihad, first, the description of being "sincere" and "obedient" as the two esoteric descriptions of the infallible was examined, and then, by analyzing the nature of representation, it was concluded that the representation of the infallible in cinema is subject to the narrated evidence of "the prohibition of distortion of speech" as well as the narrated evidence of "the prohibition of concealing evidence" and is forbidden from a jurisprudential point of view, unless it prevents the actor from becoming objective with the role through distancing..
